Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced CDP Product Leader to oversee our Real-time Customer Data Platform, specifically working with the Adobe Experience Platform. As the CDP Product Leader at arenaflex, you will serve as the primary technical expert responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing our real-time customer data infrastructure. Your deep technical expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our platform meets evolving business requirements while maintaining the highest standards of performance, security, and data integrity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, data science, and external agencies, to deliver seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our technology leadership team, you will be responsible for the following:
- Platform Management and Optimization: Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time Customer Data Platform. Ensure the platform consistently meets business objectives and delivers optimal performance across all use cases.
- Technical Leadership and Guidance: Provide expert technical guidance to internal teams regarding segment building, real-time CDP capabilities, and best practices for data utilization. Serve as the go-to resource for complex technical questions and strategic platform decisions.
- System Configuration and Development: Lead new development initiatives, platform configurations, and enhancements to expand the capabilities of our CDP. Collaborate with development teams to implement custom solutions that address unique business requirements.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to the platform. Implement robust monitoring and alerting mechanisms to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, marketing, analytics, and other departments to align technology initiatives with business goals. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Industry Research and Innovation: Stay current with the latest trends, developments, and best practices in Customer Data Platforms, Adobe Experience Platform, and related technologies. Propose innovative solutions that give arenaflex a competitive advantage.
- Quality Assurance and Auditing: Conduct regular audits of platform usage, data quality, and system performance. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain the highest standards.
- Training and Enablement: Design and deliver training programs to upskill internal teams on the effective use of the CDP. Create documentation, best practice guides, and educational materials to promote platform adoption and proficiency.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with Adobe Support and Consulting teams to coordinate product enhancements, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement workarounds when necessary. Maintain strong relationships with external partners to maximize platform value.
- Data Governance: Ensure adherence to data governance policies and data management best practices. Implement robust data quality controls and privacy compliance measures to protect customer information.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of experience in technical data manipulation and marketing technology solutions. Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms or similar enterprise marketing technology is essential.
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical skills with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent Customer Data Platform solutions. Familiarity with data integration, segmentation, and real-time personalization technologies is required.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. Strong analytical and diagnostic skills are essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Experience presenting to stakeholders at all levels is highly valued.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for platform optimization.

- Implementation Track Record: A proven history of successfully managing and implementing complex enterprise-level systems, preferably in a large-scale digital environment.
- Data Governance Expertise: In-depth knowledge of data governance principles, data management best practices, and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in a large-scale e-commerce or digital business environment, preferably with a focus on customer journey optimization and personalization.
- Project Management Skills: Strong project management abilities with experience leading cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion.
- Leadership Capabilities: Experience mentoring or leading technical teams, with a track record of driving team success and professional development.
