Position Overview

What You'll Do

You'll apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to address HVAC systems, lighting controls, energy management platforms, and other building automation components.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Move beyond reactive maintenance to implement proactive solutions that prevent issues before they occur. Analyze system data, identify trends, and develop strategies to minimize downtime and service interruptions.
- Advanced Programming: Utilize sophisticated programming techniques to optimize building control systems. You'll modify and adjust control sequences, configure system parameters, and implement custom solutions tailored to specific facility requirements.
- Sustainability Initiatives: Program light harvesting systems and implement energy reduction strategies that support arenaflex's sustainability commitments. Your work will directly contribute to reducing our environmental footprint and operating costs.
- Alert and Work Order Management: Monitor, identify, and respond to system alerts, thaws, and work orders. You'll analyze patterns, prioritize responses, and ensure timely resolution of all service requests.
- Manufacturer Recall Response: Stay current with manufacturer recalls and technical bulletins. Identify affected systems, coordinate remediation efforts, and ensure all equipment meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with building performance teams, sharing resources, information, and best practices. Collaborate with managers, associates, and external partners to achieve organizational goals.
- Needs Assessment: Determine client requirements and business needs while organizing and executing work tasks. Balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to quality and deadlines.
