What You'll Be Doing
As a Mobile App Tester at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our mobile applications. This position is designed for individuals who are detail-oriented, curious, and comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications. No prior technical experience is necessary—we will provide all the training and guidance you need to succeed!
Key Responsibilities
- Application Testing: Navigate through our mobile applications and test various features, functions, and workflows to ensure everything operates as intended. You'll explore different pages, menus, and functionalities within the app.
- Issue Identification: Carefully observe and document any issues you encounter during testing, including error codes, app crashes, freezing, slow loading times, or unexpected behavior. Your observations help us identify bugs before our users do.
- User Experience Evaluation: Provide feedback on the overall user experience, including ease of navigation, intuitiveness of the interface, and overall satisfaction with the app's design and functionality.
- Error Reporting: Clearly and accurately document any problems you encounter, including the steps to reproduce the issue, the specific device and operating system used, and any error messages displayed.
- Success Documentation: Also report when everything works smoothly, as this validation is equally important for our quality assurance process.
- Communication: Participate in brief orientation calls (1-2 minutes) to discuss the testing process and provide feedback on your testing experience.
