We are looking for a Klaviyo expert to help bring our email marketing to life and strengthen our retention strategy from both a creative and technical perspective.
Scope of work:
Transfer Figma-designed email campaigns and flows into Klaviyo
Schedule campaigns
Build and maintain segments
Create pop-ups and sign-up forms
Optimize cart abandonment and SMS flows
Use Klaviyo’s full feature set to improve performance and customer retention
Help create additional flows and campaigns moving forward
About us:
We are not a copy-and-paste ecommerce brand. We are building a very specific brand voice and customer experience, and we need someone who understands how to think beyond standard ecommerce templates. Some of our flows are already built out in Figma, but we are looking for the right person to help execute them properly in Klaviyo and continue developing new ideas with us over time.
What we need:
Strong Klaviyo backend knowledge is a must
Strong design sensibility and ability to translate Figma into polished Klaviyo emails
Strong copy skills and creative instincts
Someone who can think outside of the typical ecommerce formula
Someone who understands testing, optimization, and how to pivot when something is not performing well
Important note:
Copy will be highly critiqued. We care deeply about brand voice, thoughtful messaging, and originality. We are looking for someone who can help us create email and SMS marketing that feels distinctive, strategic, and aligned with our brand, not generic.
Ideal candidate:
You understand both the technical and creative side of retention marketing. You know how to build in Klaviyo, segment audiences intelligently, troubleshoot issues, improve deliverability and performance, and contribute smart ideas that elevate the overall strategy. You also take initiative and look for errors that need to be fixed before being asked to fix them.
