The American Diabetes Association (ADA) is seeking a Director, Core Campaigns & Operations to focus on Strategy, Enablement & Fundraising by driving the strategic execution, performance optimization, and revenue growth of the organization’s core fundraising campaigns. This includes Step Out Walk, Tour de Cure, State of Diabetes, Special Events, Individual/Major Giving, and DIY fundraising. Reporting to the Vice President, Core Campaigns, this role serves as a key strategic partner responsible for connecting data, strategy, and execution across a national portfolio. This leader will drive campaign performance through data-informed decision-making, directly support fundraising execution in priority markets, and expand emerging revenue streams including DIY fundraising and grant/foundation support. This role carries both direct and indirect responsibility for fundraising revenue, including stepping in to lead markets during transitions, owning the growth of ADA’s DIY fundraising program, and supporting the field by providing data & metrics to level-up fundraising. The ideal candidate is a strategic, systems-oriented leader who brings structure to complexity, anticipates needs, and proactively identifies opportunities to improve performance, scalability, and impact.
