- Internet Connection: Wired broadband internet with minimum 10 Mbps download speed (Cable, Fiber Optic, or DSL - Wi-Fi and mobile internet are not accepted)
- Headset: Wired USB headset with microphone (gaming headsets are not acceptable)
- Mac Users: Limited acceptance for Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Boot Camp utility

Schedule Flexibility
We understand that life happens, and flexibility is essential. That's why arenaflex offers one of the most adaptable scheduling options in the industry:
- Design Your Own Schedule: Choose the hours that work best for your lifestyle
- Wide Range of Hours Available: Client operations run Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM CST; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST; and Sunday, 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST
- Part-Time to Full-Time: Contract hours range from 15 to 40 hours per week
- Evening and Weekend Options: Note that hours after 6 PM and all Sunday hours may be limited

- This is a remote independent contractor position
- Contractors must live and work from the United States (excluding CA, NY, PA, WA)
- All contractors must successfully pass a background check
- Licensed insurance agents cannot be considered for this role due to potential conflict of interest
- The contractual relationship is between the contractor and arenaflex - contractors maintain independent contractor status
- arenaflex does not withhold taxes on contractor earnings
- Contractors are not entitled to vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, workers' compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits
