Key Responsibilities

- Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of products within your assigned department and adjacent departments. Utilize our state-of-the-art tools and resources to learn about product features, benefits, applications, and compatibility.
- Sales Generation: Provide comprehensive information to customers to help them make purchasing decisions. Sell entire projects by suggesting complementary products, accessories, and materials that enhance the customer's project outcome.

- Department Operations: Maintain the in-stock condition of your assigned areas by monitoring inventory levels, communicating stock needs to management, and assisting with receiving and stocking procedures.
- Store Presentation: Ensure your department is clean, shoppable, and safe at all times. Organize products effectively, maintain clear signage, and create an inviting shopping environment.
- Safety Compliance: Provide a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies and standards. Complete required safety training modules and immediately correct hazards or unsafe conditions or report them to the Manager on Duty.
- Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with your Department Supervisor and other associates within your department as well as cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and consistent customer service.
- Adjacent Department Support: Handle basics in adjacent departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the overall store team.
