SUMMARY   Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Project Executive I who is responsible for   providing overall management for large projects, leading the project team, and ensuring key and successful customer relations, as well as assisting operating groups with winning work. This individual will have the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.    Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.     RESPONSIBILITIES  Establish and maintain successful customer and community relationships  Conduct key customer service visits from pre-construction to close-out  Preview proposals and participate in Request for Proposal process  Act as primary customer contact for assigned projects  Support business development initiatives and maintain customer relationships  Provide oversight and accountability for large projects  Manage contract administration, including terms, change requests, and invoices  Maintain project budgets, costs, and pricing for profitable delivery  Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management for project team     QUALIFICATIONS  Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent field   Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction management overseeing large projects   Proven ability to fulfill development to closeout responsibilities for multiple, complex projects  Detail orientation sufficient to organize and manage multiple project tasks  Possess basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices  Microsoft Office, project, and pertinent web application skills at an intermediate level.  Proven positive and professional attitude, and strong customer service skills  Ability to interpret and communicate Mortenson policies   Current driver’s license  Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity, Inclusive Behaviors, and Affirmative Action plans and their intended use  Ability to travel up 50-75%     A few benefits offered include:   (for Non-Craft & Non-Union Craft working 25+ hours / week)  Medical and prescription drug plans that includes no additional cost vision coverage   Dental plan   401k retirement plan with a generous Mortenson match   Paid time off, holidays, and other paid leaves   Employer paid Life, AD&D, and disability insurance   No-Cost mental health tool and concierge with extensive work-life resources  Tuition reimbursement   Adoption Assistance    Gym Membership Discount Program       The base pay range for this role is $168,100 – 252,200.
