Position Overview

As an External Support Engineer at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our external content creation teams have the best possible experience using our internal tools. You will serve as the first point of contact when content teams encounter issues, and you'll be responsible for triaging, troubleshooting, and escalating issues as needed.
