They are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Client Training Specialist to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for their website and software clients. The role involves guiding clients through the onboarding process, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining strong client relationships to promote long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process
- Conduct kickoff meetings to explain the onboarding process, set expectations, and address client questions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience during the onboarding process
- Work closely with clients to gather all required materials, including data, logos, images, content, branding guidelines, and any other assets needed for their website or software
- Provide clear instructions and templates to streamline material submission
- Ensure all materials meet project standards and deadlines
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, materials, and project statuses using our CRM or project management tools
- Prepare regular reports on onboarding progress and client feedback for the Success Associate Team Lead
Skills
- Experience in client onboarding, account management, or a similar customer-facing role
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in using CRM and project management tools (Hubspot and JIRA)
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing client needs and challenges
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with website development processes and terminology is a plus
