They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive sales of Clover point-of-sale systems and payment processing solutions, leveraging existing customer databases to generate leads and foster relationships with the leasing sales team.
Responsibilities
- Proactively reaching out to existing customers to introduce and promote our payment processing services
- Fostering connections with internal sales employees on the leasing team
- Tracking and managing your sales activities through our defined sales process and using our custom-built client relationship manager
- Sending service information, quotations, and marketing material to potential clients
- Occasional online demos
- Utilizing effective negotiation skills to encourage merchants to adopt our payment processing POS platform
- Understanding client needs and recommending solutions
- Stay up to date on industry trends, product features, (Hardware / Software) and competitive offerings
- Work in conjunction with Sales Manager for post client sale client relationship management
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication (great command of English)
- 1 year of sales experience
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
- A self-motivated individual with a positive attitude, who can inspire enthusiasm in both clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in using software applications like Word, Outlook, Adobe, and Excel
- Excellent time management skills
