Responsibilities
- Qualify leads and build relationships with prospective customers
- Network with partners and generate new opportunities for BILL Direct Sales channel
- Engage with both outbound and marketing-sourced leads to schedule high-quality demos and discovery calls for Account Executives
- Utilize tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach for creative prospecting
- Make 80+ outbound calls each day as part of the sales rhythm
- Manage multiple prospects across different stages of the sales cycle through calls, emails, texts, and social outreach
- Learn and master BILL’s product suite and value proposition
- Meet and aim to exceed weekly and monthly KPIs including call volume, meetings booked, opportunities created, and deals influenced
- Embrace a collaborative, team-first culture with daily huddles to align on goals and celebrate wins
- Navigate objections and turn challenges into opportunities
