<strong>About the Role:</strong><br> We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Attorney licensed with the Florida Bar, specializing in Contract Law and Judgment Debt Collection. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting, reviewing, and enforcing contracts, as well as pursuing post-judgment remedies and collections within the state of Florida.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation</li>
<li>Provide legal guidance on contract disputes and enforcement strategies</li>
<li>Manage and execute judgment debt collection processes, including garnishments, liens, levies, and asset discovery</li>
<li>Represent clients in court proceedings related to contract disputes and debt recovery</li>
<li>Conduct legal research and stay updated on Florida laws and regulations related to contracts and collections</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely case resolution</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation and case records</li>

<strong>Qualifications:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar (required)</li>
<li>Minimum 3–5 years of experience in contract law and/or debt collection litigation</li>
<li>Proven experience with post-judgment collection procedures in Florida</li>
<li>Strong understanding of civil litigation and court procedures</li>
<li>Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>High level of professionalism and ethical standards</li>
