ANALYST II

The California Department of Social Services is committed to serving and supporting the people of California. They are seeking an Analyst II to develop and maintain examination processes for the Administrator Certification Bureau, providing customer service and managing certification applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain statewide examination processes and tools for exam registration, eligibility, proctoring, and analysis
• Provide high quality customer service to examinees and prospective administrators
• Draft and respond to a high volume of public inquiries and controlled correspondence
• Review and process administrator certification applications
• Process application fees
• Update and maintain various databases
• Analyze documents for accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with other ACB staff to meet business needs

Skills

• The incumbent must be able to flex daily and weekly schedules in support of business needs
• Regular attendance is required to meet the responsibilities of the position(s) and mandates of the Administrator Certification Bureau
• A Statement of Qualifications or Supplemental Questionnaire must be submitted along with your application to be considered for this position

• This position is subject to fingerprinting clearance by the Department of Justice
