CURE Auto Insurance is focused on enhancing relationships with agency partners, and they are seeking an Agency Support Representative. This entry-level role involves supporting the Agency Team with data organization, maintaining agency documentation, and distributing reports to agencies and management.
Responsibilities
- Support the Agency Team with organizing and maintaining partner data
- Maintain our internal Agency Dashboard
- Acquire necessary documentation from newly appointed agencies
- Maintain agency licenses and contracts
- Notify IT of changes in agency information
- Notify accounting department of changes in agency financial information
- Email agency’s policy information on a weekly basis
- Create and distribute quarterly agency commission statements
- Email agencies procedure updates
- Maintain agency’s producer information
- Organize agency growth data monthly
- Provide feedback and updates to the Agency Team as needed
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor degree is a plus
- Some familiarity with auto insurance processes, terminology, and customer lifecycle will be helpful
- Willingness to learn tools such Guidewire and other company systems
- Interest in customer experience, service improvement, or business operations
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiar with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Drive)
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
