Position Overview: Work From Home Customer Care Representative
As a Customer Care Representative with arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, serving as the friendly voice and helpful resource that sets the tone for their entire travel experience. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely, professional, and courteous manner, ensuring each customer feels valued and heard
- Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, reservations, cancellations, refund policies, baggage allowances, and travel requirements
- Assist customers with booking, rebooking, and ticketing processes, guiding them through the reservation system with ease and efficiency

Essential Qualifications

- Location: Must reside in the state of Georgia to be eligible for this position
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts (8-hour shifts)
