Position Summary 

 
Rimini Street is recruiting a senior Sales Leader with a proven record of driving significant revenue growth across multiple verticals and strong experience Management. The VP, Sales will lead several sales team leaders and be responsible for achieving Rimini Street’s aggressive sales goals in the ANZ market. 

This role is ideally based in Sydney or Melbourne and reports directly to the ANZ General Manager. The VP will receive support from Sales Operations, Field Marketing, Pre-Sales, and other key stakeholders. The VP will play a critical role in driving predictable growth, building high-performing teams, and reinforcing Rimini Street’s leadership position in enterprise software support and services. 

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in building new markets and leading ANZ-based teams for high-growth software or software-related services companies. Candidates should be charismatic executives with an entrepreneurial spirit, experienced in “hunting” and opening new accounts, and have a proven track record of managing teams that consistently exceed quota. Experience selling ERP solutions for SAP and Oracle and strong connections in those ecosystems are highly desirable.
