We’re hiring a full-timeTransaction Coordinator Support Specialistto support a growing real estate operations team. This role focuses on providing reliable backend support, especially during high-volume periods, helping reduce bottlenecks in contract setup, document processing, and compliance uploads.
You’ll work closely with an established Transaction Coordination team, stepping in where needed to keep workflows organized, accurate, and moving efficiently. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys process-driven work, adapts quickly to shifting priorities, and pays close attention to detail.
The team operates in a structured yet collaborative environment, with clear systems, supportive training, and room to take ownership. As the business grows, there’s potential for this role to evolve into a dedicated Transaction Coordinator position.
Role / Duties:
- Assist Transaction Coordinators with contract setup & file preparation
- Send brokerage documents for signatures via e-signature platforms
- Gather & organize compliance documents for active files
- Upload contracts & paperwork into brokerage systems
- Help manage heavy Monday contract volume from weekend activity
- Close completed properties in MLS
- Order home warranties as needed
- Support admin / backend operations to keep transactions moving smoothly

Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM CST (1 hr paid lunch)
Rate: $6/hour
