The Role
We’re looking for a Solutions Architect to take ownership of product demos, technical discovery, and customer onboarding experiences for Tikit.
You’ll work closely with customer success and product to:
- Run high-impact demos
- Lead technical conversations with IT leaders
- Guide customers through setup and onboarding
- Translate real-world ITSM challenges into Tikit solutions
What You’ll Do
Pre-Sales & Demos
- Deliver compelling, tailored demos of Tikit to prospects
- Run discovery sessions to understand customer ITSM workflows and requirements
- Map Tikit capabilities to customer environments (Microsoft-first organizations)
- Answer technical questions across Tikit and Microsoft integrations
Technical Validation
- Lead proof-of-concepts (POCs) and trial environments
- Support prospects through technical evaluations and security reviews
- Manage sales cycles from technical win ? closed deal
Onboarding & Setup
- Run guided setup sessions for new customers
- Ensure successful initial deployment inside Microsoft environments
- Help customers configure Tikit integrations (Azure, Entra, Intune, Power Automate, etc.)
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with product to provide feedback from the field
- Help refine demo environments and messaging
- Help with marketing support activities, deliver webinars, blogs and support messaging
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Core Experience
- 3–7+ years in a Solutions Architect / Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales role
- Experience demoing ITSM / Service Desk platforms (strong preference)
- Examples: ServiceNow, Freshservice, Zendesk, Jira Service Management, etc.
- Comfortable leading both business and technical conversations
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, especially:
- Entra
- Microsoft Teams
- Intune / device management (nice to have)
- Power BI
- Power Automate
- Understanding of API integrations and SaaS architecture
Nice to Have
- Experience working with or selling into IT teams
- Familiarity with ITIL / service management concepts
- Background in system administration or IT support before moving to pre-sales

- You understand how IT teams actually operate—not just how software works
- You’re proactive and don’t need a script to run a great demo or setup session
Compensation
- $100K - $140K, combination of base and OTE
