Position Summary


FlightWave, a wholly owned subsidiary of Red Cat Holdings, is seeking a Test Engineer II to support the design, development, and implementation of board-level and system-level test solutions for advanced drone products. This role will be responsible for developing test fixtures, validating electronic assemblies, and improving manufacturing test processes to ensure product quality, reliability, and throughput.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with strong troubleshooting skills, experience in electronics testing, and the ability to work cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, and quality teams.

Compensation: $110k – $137k, plus generous annual equity package and potential bonuses.
