The Territory Acquisition Account Executive role focuses on acquiring new small to medium business customers through daily prospecting and relationship building, leveraging cloud, workplace, and security technologies.
Responsibilities
- Drive results with an entrepreneurial spirit, uncovering new customer relationships through daily calling, outreach, and engagement to SMB prospects within your territory
- Focus on acquiring new accounts and expanding our customer base within the assigned territory
- Grow and diversify customers by supporting their needs and pursuing new lines of business
- Provide an exceptional customer experience by leveraging your strong communication skills and proactive approach
- Apply analytical and strategic thinking, finding unique approaches to solve customer challenges and achieve your plan
- Leverage and partner with a community of technical experts, vendors, and pre-sales resources
- Utilize knowledge of Salesforce and ZoomInfo to enhance prospecting efforts (knowledge is preferred but not required)
Skills
- 1+ years in a ‘hunter' sales role with track record of success
- Strong prospecting skills and the ability to identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Sales and business acumen with passion to learn and grow
- Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
- Willingness to learn about the ever-changing world of enterprise technology
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by financial incentives
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with Salesforce and ZoomInfo is a plus but not a requirement
