Job Summary
The role involves making outbound calls to customers, promoting and upselling products and services while following sales scripts. The goal is to meet monthly sales targets, build lasting customer relationships, handle objections, and effectively convert leads into customers. Additionally, the position requires sharing insights to help grow customer engagement and reach.

Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or outbound sales calls.
Fluency in all three languages, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English (spoken and written), is required.
Comfortable making high volumes of sales calls daily.
Strong computer skills, with access to a personal laptop and a stable internet connection.
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently.
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality communication.
