What You'll Do as a Technical Customer Experience Representative
As a Technical Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission to keep families safe. You'll be the friendly voice and knowledgeable expert that customers turn to when they need assistance with their home security systems. This is a position where your communication skills, technical aptitude, and problem-solving abilities come together to create meaningful customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly, courteously, and knowledgeably to all technical support inquiries, ensuring every customer feels heard, understood, and valued from the first moment of contact.
- Provide top-tier support to all customers with a relentless focus on achieving first-call resolution, minimizing customer effort, and maximizing satisfaction.
- Educate customers on system installation, operation, and best practices, empowering them to get the most from their arenaflex security solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with precision and patience, utilizing your problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Leverage your customer support expertise to enable customer success and happiness, building long-term relationships that strengthen brand loyalty.
- Make outbound calls to current customers when follow-up is needed, demonstrating our commitment to proactive customer care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions, ensuring seamless handoffs and comprehensive records for continuous improvement.
- Stay current with product knowledge through ongoing training and self-directed learning, becoming an expert in arenaflex's evolving product line.
Working Hours and Schedule
Our Contact Center operates from 8:00 AM to Midnight, seven days a week, ensuring that customers have access to support whenever they need it. We offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate various lifestyles and preferences. Many of our current team members see their hourly rate increase to up to $21 per hour based on their schedule flexibility and exceptional performance within the first several months of joining our team.

- Comfort with technology – You have a natural affinity for consumer electronics and can confidently provide technical assistance to users of varying technical backgrounds.

Additional Requirements
- Must be eligible for certification as an electronic security employee, which requires submitting fingerprints to the appropriate state department for conducting national criminal records searches and state criminal history searches.
- Final certification approval from the relevant state authority is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the home security or smart home technology industry
- Familiarity with troubleshooting common connectivity and hardware issues
- Experience with CRM systems and customer documentation platforms
- Bilingual capabilities (Spanish/English) – a plus but not required
