We are looking for a highly resourceful and market-savvy Senior Tech Sourcer to join one of our key clients on a fixed-term 6-month contract. In this role, you will be the driving force behind finding top engineering talent.
If you are based in India, know how to map hard-to-reach tech talent pools, and are comfortable engaging top engineers on screening calls, we’d love to talk to you.
Contract: 6-months B2B (Must be able to invoice as an independent contractor)
Location: Remote (India)
Language: Native or Professional Fluency in English is mandatory (minimum C1)
Proactive Sourcing in Targeted Markets: You will own the top-of-funnel strategy for complex technical roles, looking beyond standard LinkedIn searches to map the tech ecosystems across India.
Candidate Screening & Engagement: You won't just be working behind the scenes. You will get on the phone to conduct initial screening calls, assessing candidates for their technical baseline, communication skills, and culture fit.
High-Velocity Execution: We move fast. You’ll keep the process highly structured, ensure high-quality pipelines are built quickly, and maintain momentum from day one.
Experienced Tech Sourcer: You have a proven track record (ideally 3+ years) in technical sourcing or full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
Market Expert: You have deep, localized knowledge of the Indian tech talent market, and you understand the nuances, salary expectations, and talent pools of these specific areas.
Confident Communicator: You are comfortable jumping on calls to screen candidates and can evaluate technical talent effectively without needing the hiring manager to hold your hand.
Ready to Start Fast: You are available to kick off this project within the next 2 to 3 weeks.
