Our Account Management Team Lead will have the opportunity to step into aspects of leadership by serving as a mentor to a team of individuals, while also managing a book of their own customers.
You will be a leader on the Account Management team and will be responsible for providing knowledge and resources to your team to support them with their day-to-day questions and needs. Additionally, you will establish strong client relationships and manage a portfolio of websites and digital advertising clients. In this role, you will discuss the retailer's current performance, review objectives, propose solutions, and assist in closing upsells and cross-sells.

In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, we are committed to providing clear and equitable compensation information. For this remote position, the expected salary range is $75,000 - $80,000USD, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses, commissions, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates applying from jurisdictions with specific pay disclosure requirements (e.g., California, Colorado, New York, Washington, Illinois, British Columbia) will receive location-specific compensation details in compliance with local laws.
