Talent Operations Specialist Department: Human Resources Employment Type: Full Time Location: Shield Technology Partners - Remote Reporting To: Mandy Milan Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 / year Description Shield Technology Partners is seeking a Talent Operations Specialist to support recruiting operations, candidate experience, interview coordination, sourcing efforts, and ATS administration across both Shield and its growing portfolio of partner companies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the center of recruiting operations and takes pride in creating an organized, responsive, and high touch experience for both candidates and hiring teams. The ideal candidate is highly detail oriented, proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. This individual will work closely with recruiting leadership, hiring managers, executives, and newly integrated partner companies (“ShieldCos”) to help support hiring processes from requisition launch through interview coordination and operational support. This is a remote role with quarterly travel expectations for company meetings, trainings, and team collaboration events. What Success Looks Like Success in this role means creating a seamless and organized recruiting experience while helping ensure hiring teams are fully equipped to utilize recruiting systems and processes effectively. The ideal candidate will become highly proficient within Pinpoint ATS, maintain strong communication with candidates and hiring teams, help drive recruiting coordination efforts, and support operational consistency as Shield continues to grow through acquisition activity. This role will focus heavily on backend talent operations, systems, process coordination, and operational support. Although there may be interaction with candidates or hiring teams, this position is not expected to participate regularly in candidate interviews or interview evaluations. This person should be highly responsive, comfortable with shifting priorities, and excited to support both process improvement and hands on recruiting operations work. Key Responsibilities Coordinate candidate interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups  Manage interview scheduling, calendar coordination, candidate communications, and follow-up logistics  May support sourcing efforts for active roles across Shield and partner companies using LinkedIn Recruiter and additional recruiting tools  Assist with candidate pipeline management and movement within Pinpoint ATS  Help onboard new hiring managers and partner company leaders into recruiting workflows and ATS processes  Provide guidance and support to hiring teams on interview scheduling, scorecards, candidate feedback submission, and recruiting best practices  Maintain accurate candidate records, interview documentation, and requisition data within the ATS  Assist with job posting creation, requisition launches, and recruiting process coordination  Support recruiting operations and hiring initiatives related to newly integrated partner companies  Partner closely with recruiting leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency  Help maintain a positive, responsive, and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process  Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Previous experience supporting recruiting coordination, talent operations, recruiting administration, sourcing, or ATS management preferred  Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail  Excellent written and verbal communication skills  Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously  Comfortable operating within fast paced and high growth environments  Experience with ATS platforms – Pinpoint experience preferred, but not required Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or sourcing platforms preferred  Proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, Slack, and calendar management tools  Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams  Preferred Traits Highly responsive and dependable  Process oriented with strong follow through  Positive and solutions focused mindset  Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities  Strong customer service and relationship building approach  Self-motivated with a willingness to jump in wherever needed  Passion for building scalable recruiting operations within a growing organization
