The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Wholesale Lending is responsible for building and leading a national wholesale lending channel through visionary and strategic leadership. This role is accountable for profitability, growth, and operational excellence in alignment with the Company’s strategic objectives, credit policies, and regulatory guidelines. as well as The SVP oversees recruiting, coaching, and overseeing a team of professional account executives and their leadership.

The SVP also manages relationships with mortgage brokers and drives profitable loan production through tailored mortgage solutions. Success in this role requires creating focus, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration in alignment with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Senior Leadership Team to meet or exceed financial and growth goals.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:            

Business Development and Market Strategy – Create strategic business plan to create a profitable Wholesale Lending Channel.

 

Financial Performance- Ensure achievement of business plan including volume and profitability to ensure goals are met. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPI’s) and measurements for regional managers and account executives who are accountable for achieving results with frequent reviews and check ins.

Compensation:

The base annual range for this position is $200,000 - $300,000 per year depending on a number of factors including location and experience.

 

Benefits and Perks:
