About the role


Global Health Action is looking for a Policy, Research, and Advocacy Intern. The Intern will provide programmatic, research, and analytical support to the Health Systems Advisor at Global Health Action. S/he will gain valuable knowledge and experience about the complex system and factors affecting health policy at international and national levels and how to influence them. This internship requires 20hrs/week (mandatory: Thursdays 10am-2pm ET; Five Orientation days 10am-2pm ET). This is a part-time, unpaid internship opportunity. Internship timeframe: A minimum of 12 weeks (May  18 - August 7, 2026) for 20 hrs per week. The position is remote from anywhere in the world, with the option to be hybrid. The intern will have the opportunity to become exposed to pressing ethical issues in global health, become familiar with working with coalitions and collaborative concepts, and work with a supervisor who is interested in mentoring.
