About the Role

The Revenue Cycle Management team is seeking a Staff Backend Software Engineer to play a key role in modernizing our billing platform. This position will focus on designing and implementing architectural solutions for performant, scalable systems that can evolve with our growing business needs. In this role you will be applying AI within product and operational workflows to solve real business problems and improve customer outcomes. You will help design and ship production systems that combine backend engineering with AI capabilities such as summarization, extraction, classification, recommendation, and workflow automation. Your expertise in cloud technologies will be critical as you collaborate with teams to integrate cloud solutions, optimize performance, and establish monitoring practices. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of our billing platform by crafting solutions that are both cutting-edge and aligned with best practices for AI Native, scalability, security and reliability.

Your specific compensation is thoughtfully determined by your experience, qualifications, the specific requirements of the role, and your Geo Zone. Beyond base compensation, Tebra offers eligible employees the opportunity for variable pay and a robust benefits package, reflecting our commitment to your overall well-being.
