We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Certinia Software Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Certinia (FinancialForce) PSA module, a strong understanding of business processes, and experience in software configuration. This individual will play a pivotal role in delivering tailored solutions, optimizing workflows, and driving business transformation for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, challenges, and objectives.
- Design, configure, and implement Certinia (FinancialForce) solutions that align with client needs.
- Analyze and document existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead workshops to gather requirements and provide strategic recommendations for system enhancements.
- Configure and customize Certinia applications, including PSA (Professional Services Automation), ERP, or Financial Management modules.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Perform data migrations, integrations, and system testing to ensure seamless functionality.
- Train end-users and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
- Stay updated on Certinia product updates and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) or similar PSA systems.
- Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, professional services, and operations.
- Proven expertise in configuring Certinia PSA module required, Accounting, or ERP modules are a plus.
- Experience integrating Certinia with Salesforce and third-party applications.
- Proficiency in data migration and transformation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Salesforce certifications and/or Certinia certifications (e.g., FinancialForce Certified Professional) are a plus.
