JOB SUMMARY

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the support and execution of nationwide internal and external recruiting efforts which include a wide variety of responsibilities within Talent Acquisition. Full life cycle recruiting responsibility across the organization at a given time. This entails defining and clarifying roles with hiring managers, sourcing, interviewing, selectionpre-employment process and onboarding. Takes on routine and non-routine job duties applicable to the recruiting and hiring process that require fast response times and a high level of accuracy.
