The Business Development Associate plays a crucial role in the growth and expansion of Ametros by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities while working alongside our Business Development Managers. The primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with Worker Comp Attorneys, Brokers and Adjusters. The position works closely with the Account Executive and Sales Ops teams to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000USD to $85,000USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
