This role involves partnering with global Talent Acquisition teams to execute sourcing strategies and develop talent pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Partner with global Talent Acquisition teams to execute sourcing strategies and develop talent pipelines
- Build and nurture pipelines of high-potential candidates across key functions and geographies
- Continuously refine sourcing workflows and tools to improve speed, scalability, and impact
- Identify and engage talent communities beyond traditional sourcing channels
- Develop market and talent maps to deliver actionable insights that inform recruitment strategy
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in talent sourcing
- Highly collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments
- Creative and resourceful in identifying talent, leveraging emerging platforms and unconventional sourcing methods
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively
- Proficient in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing-relevant platforms
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
- Experience in marketing—particularly digital or customer marketing—to support creative sourcing strategies and employer branding efforts
