Small Group Sales Representative

The Small Group Sales Representative works with agents and consultants to sell Ancillary Group insurance products to new and existing accounts with 2 - 50 eligible employees.

The Small Group Sales Representative is responsible for discovering, developing and maintaining benefits brokerage relationships that result in the ongoing sales of Humana's Group benefit products for distribution in Michigan, Minnesota, North/South Dakota. The Small Group Sales Representative will be held accountable for the achievement of production through tenacious broker development. Brokers should view them as the benefits experts for all products that the executive is expected to sell in the given territory. They will deliver organized, polished presentations of solutions, with benefits tied to the employer's business needs. The Small Group Sales Representative will develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan that results in increased sales and maximized profitability by maintaining and expanding penetration of existing products and cross selling other Humana products.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$58,700 - $78,500 per year


 

This job is eligible for a commission incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
