Were now looking for a results-driven, empathetic, and professional Sales Manager (fluent in Czech or Slovak) to join our growing international team and help us bring world-class education to even more families.
Your Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in guiding parents through their decision-making process:
- Communicate with parents after trial lessons to understand their needs and expectations.
- Present the value and benefits of our courses in a clear, persuasive, and empathetic way.
- Handle objections and propose tailored solutions for each family.
- Follow up with potential clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Keep accurate client records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with teachers, Welcome Managers, and the wider team to ensure a smooth and supportive customer journey.
Requirements
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and the ability to build trust with parents.
- A structured yet flexible approach to sales.
- Confidence in handling objections and thinking creatively to find solutions.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or education (a strong plus).
- Advanced proficiency in Czech/Slovak and at least B1 English.
