<strong>Role Overview<br></strong><br>
</div><div>We are seeking a highly experienced <strong>ServiceNow Engineer</strong> to support a critical Enterprise Architecture initiative focused on implementing and maturing <strong>ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture (EAP/APM)</strong> capabilities.<br><br>
</div><div>This role will play a key part in strengthening platform maturity, improving data alignment, and increasing portfolio visibility across <strong>applications, technologies, and business services</strong>. The ideal candidate brings both <strong>architectural leadership</strong> and <strong>hands-on engineering expertise</strong> within the ServiceNow platform.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Architect and implement <strong>ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture (EAP/APM)</strong> solutions</li>
<li>Configure and operationalize: <ul>
<li>Application Portfolio</li>
<li>Technology Portfolio</li>
<li>Information Portfolio</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Align Enterprise Architecture frameworks with <strong>CMDB and CSDM</strong>
</li>
<li>Drive <strong>CMDB architecture, governance, and data quality</strong>
</li>
<li>Realign existing data and processes to <strong>CSDM standards</strong>
</li>
<li>Implement and manage <strong>Service Portfolio Management</strong>, including: <ul>
<li>Business Services</li>
<li>Technology Services</li>
<li>Service Offerings</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Support <strong>Digital Portfolio Management (DPM)</strong> initiatives: <ul>
<li>Demand management</li>
<li>Investment alignment</li>
<li>Strategic prioritization</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Build and support integrations using: <ul>
<li>REST / SOAP APIs</li>
<li>Data transformation and ETL patterns</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Develop solutions using: <ul>
<li>JavaScript scripting</li>
<li>Scripted APIs</li>
<li>Workflows and Flow Designer</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Support <strong>Service Mapping</strong> (tag-based preferred)</li>
<li>Work with foundational ServiceNow data: <ul><li>Users, Groups, Companies, Locations</li></ul>
</li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Required Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Proven hands-on experience implementing <strong>ServiceNow APM / EAP</strong>
</li>
<li>Strong expertise in: <ul>
<li><strong>CMDB architecture and governance</strong></li>
<li><strong>CSDM implementation and alignment</strong></li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Experience operationalizing EA frameworks within ServiceNow</li>
<li>Solid understanding of service hierarchy and lifecycle</li>
<li>Strong ServiceNow development experience (JavaScript & platform APIs)</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with integrations and data management within ServiceNow</li>

<strong>Preferred Qualifications<br></strong><br>

<li>Experience with enterprise-wide <strong>Enterprise Architecture transformation initiatives</strong>
</li>
<li>Experience implementing multiple ServiceNow modules</li>
