Role Overview
The Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) Strategic Business Unit Procurement Team has an exciting opportunity for a Sr Manager, Procurement to lead a team of Acquisition Professionals in the procurement activities associated with the sourcing and acquisition of Engineered Items requirements for the fast-paced LADS portfolio of programs.
What You Will Do
Lead and manage a team of acquisition professionals, partner with suppliers, manage internal customer and/or supplier issues, manage financial goals, drive the success of meeting business factory MRP requirements, provide guidance regarding compliance to procurement policies and procedures, and perform risk analysis.

Requirements
- University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and 7 years of relevant experience in supply chain management or similar role
- Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) or within other heavily regulated industries
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations
