What You'll Do
As a key member of our engineering team, you'll serve as a champion for developer productivity and workflow optimization. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining Development Tools: Take ownership of arenaflex's existing suite of engine-specific and custom tools used daily by our development teams. You'll ensure these tools remain reliable, performant, and up-to-date with evolving project needs.
- Building Custom Asset Pipelines: Design and implement robust asset processing pipelines that enable our artists to manage, organize, and deliver game assets efficiently. You'll create systems that automate repetitive tasks and ensure consistency across our projects.
- Developing Proprietary Technologies: Expand arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across multiple game engines and frameworks. Your contributions will directly impact the capabilities and efficiency of our entire development organization.
- Collaborating Across Teams: Work seamlessly with Art, Design, and Engineering groups to understand their unique workflows and develop solutions that integrate naturally into their existing processes.

- Strong proficiency in programming languages including C#, C++, and Python
