Senior Executive Admin Assistant

PRIMARY PURPOSE: To be responsible for the coordination of activities (operations and planning) and ensuring timely flow of information to and from the executive office; to handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature and function efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced professional environment; to independently manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines; and to screen and prioritize communications and opportunities from external and internal sources.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Licensing
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

Experience
Five (5) years administrative assistant experience OR three (3) years executive level administrative experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Skills & Knowledge

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Mental: Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem solving, analysis, and discretion; ability to handle work-related stress; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and ability to meet deadlines

Physical: Computer keyboarding, travel as required

Auditory/Visual: Hearing, vision and talking
