We're a rapidly-growing global company, and we are now looking for a Brand & Sourcing Manager to join our team, either at our office in Helsinki, Finland or remotely, to help us continue our rapid growth.
Now, we’re looking for an exceptional Senior Designer to join our team—either at our office in Helsinki, Finland, or flexibly from anywhere in the world. In this role, you’ll help us shape the next chapter of our growth by crafting visually stunning user experiences and highly impactful creative assets across all platforms.
You’ll have the opportunity to work on a broad range of projects—including web and mobile UI, branding, performance marketing creatives, and more. If you have experience in packaging design, that’s a major plus. But above all, we’re seeking someone with a strong creative vision and the ability to consistently deliver amazing design work.
At Turtles, you’ll collaborate closely with a talented, cross-functional team, and you’ll have lots of freedom to experiment and put your own creative stamp on our brand. Requirements
- Minimum5+ yearsof professional design experience, with a strong focus on web UI/UX design and graphic design for digital and print
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing a broad range of web, mobile, and advertising/marketing design work
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling ad creatives for digital campaigns (social, banners, email, etc.)
- Understanding of usability, interaction design, and visual hierarchy, with the ability to build intuitive and beautiful interfaces
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working closely with software developers, marketers, and analysts
- High attention to detail, creative vision, and a strong sense of ownership over your work
- Experience with packaging design is considered a plus
- Open-minded and passionate about design—if you’re crazy good, we want to hear from you, regardless of your primary area of focus
- Fluency in English (our working language)
