Position Overview
As a Senior Data Analyst on the Customer Experience team at arenaflex, you'll serve as one of the primary analytics experts responsible for advocating for the customer within our organization. Your mission will be to leverage data to understand our customers and their experiences, obsess over creating great customer interactions, identify opportunities for improvement, and justify investment in the areas that matter most. You'll measure the impact of our initiatives and track customer sentiment towards their interactions with arenaflex experiences and our competitors.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Domain Mastery: Become the resident expert on the data domain for your assigned initiative—knowing what data is available, how to integrate it effectively, and how to leverage it for storytelling, decision-making, and answering critical business questions.
- Impact Measurement: Track the benefits of CX team actions using multiple stitched data sources, demonstrating ROI and informing future strategy.
- Advanced Query Development: Create and maintain sophisticated SQL queries that power dashboards and enable self-service analytics across the organization.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop intuitive front-end dashboards using tools like Tableau that make complex data accessible and actionable for stakeholders at all levels.
- Platform Design: Contribute to designing the new CX data platform, helping shape how arenaflex collects, processes, and delivers customer insights.
- Documentation & Enablement: Create base queries and comprehensive documentation to assist business teams in connecting to and leveraging new data sources effectively.

- Reporting Standards: Establish reporting standards and best practices that ensure consistency and quality across all CX analytics deliverables.
- Framework Development: Architect and implement a comprehensive reporting framework that scales with business needs.
- Data Mining Oversight: Oversee data mining efforts and ensure analytical rigor in all exploration activities.
- Methodology Development: Develop programs, methodologies, and files for analyzing and presenting data in ways that drive actionable insights.

Essential Qualifications

Travel Requirements
