Position Overview
As a Senior Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will serve as a key contributor to our Analytics & Insights function, providing data-driven solutions and strategic recommendations to stakeholders across the organization. - Conduct Comprehensive Analyses: Perform in-depth investigations and generate data-driven, strategic insights that address complex business challenges. Develop high-impact solutions and deliver precise results to stakeholders and senior management.
- Communicate Findings Effectively: Present your findings with clarity and compelling observations to ensure your insights are actionable. Work closely with product strategy teams to translate data into recommendations that shape our product roadmap and business direction.
- Develop Self-Service Tools: Create, distribute, and maintain flexible self-service tools and dashboards that align with broader departmental objectives. Enable cross-functional partners to access data independently and identify meaningful insights without requiring analyst support for every request.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Act as a thought partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to identify areas of opportunity. Define and implement tracking frameworks for our toolset and influence prioritization decisions using data-driven evidence.
- Mentor and Develop Others: Mentor departmental colleagues on analytical best practices, technical skills, and innovations in our organization's data architecture. Share your expertise to elevate the overall analytical capability of the team.
- Drive Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to strategic planning processes by providing analytical support for key business initiatives. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that can inform future growth strategies.

What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you must possess a combination of educational background, technical expertise, and professional experience. We are looking for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Economics, or other quantitative and analytically rigorous field is required. Advanced degrees are a plus but not mandatory.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of work experience in a relevant field, preferably in business analysis, strategy, startup/tech environments, and/or marketing analytics.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail. You must be capable of managing and prioritizing multiple concurrent projects while meeting tight deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor your communication style based on your audience. You should be comfortable presenting complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: A solid technical aptitude with demonstrated experience using data from multiple sources to solve complex problems, tell compelling stories, and influence overall strategy. Proficiency in SQL/Eden, Google Cloud Platform, and Excel/Google Sheets is required.
- Data Visualization: Familiarity with visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Looker, or similar platforms is essential for creating intuitive dashboards and reports.

Compensation and Benefits
