* Answering consumer inquiries regarding product information under the guidelines of DSHEA (Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act), ensuring accurate and compliant responses
* Documenting complaints accurately and handling refund and coupon processing, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
* Maintaining in-depth knowledge of brand information, product descriptions, and promotions, staying up-to-date on the latest developments
* Assisting with technical inquiries and complaint handling, providing expert support to customers
* Performing additional duties as assigned by your Supervisor, demonstrating your adaptability and willingness to learn
**What Is Required (Qualifications)**

* A High School Diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
* At least 1+ years of Customer Service experience in a Call Center environment, with a proven track record of success
