We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned Senior Sales Executive with 7+ years of experience in the staffing industry to join our fully remote national sales team. Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and close new business opportunities across the US, focusing on Fortune 1000 and mid-market companies.
Expand the ReflikOne Service Model (MSP for Direct Hire), Direct Hire, and Contingent Staffing Services to Enterprise and Mid-Size clients.
Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers in industries such as Tech, Finance, and Engineering.
Manage the sales process from initial outreach to onboarding new clients, navigating complex sales cycles, and influencing various levels of decision-making.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company's US market share.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Attend and represent the company at industry conferences 2-3 times per year, networking with Talent Acquisition, Procurement, MSP, and Contingent Workforce Program leaders.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7+ years of experience selling professional staffing services (IT, Finance & Accounting, Engineering, etc.) to mid-market and enterprise-level customers.
3-5 years of experience selling Managed Services (RPO, MSP, VMS) within the staffing industry.
Strong network within the Talent Ecosystem, including key decision-makers in Talent Acquisition, Procurement, MSP, and Contingent Workforce Programs.
Proven track record of success in client acquisition and sales target achievement in the Professional Staffing or Managed Services space.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for hunting new business opportunities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels of decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Zoom, Dynamics CRM, and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Must have the ability to travel and attend industry conferences 2-3 times per year.
