We're currently hiring hundreds of Customer Care Representatives in your area to join our Caremark Member Operations division. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work from home, enjoy a flexible schedule, and balance your priorities in and outside of work. You'll be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions, and providing solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience.
We offer a work-from-home flexibility option for those who meet the criteria. To be eligible, you'll need to maintain your own internet with approved speed requirements, have a secure workspace free from distractions, and successfully complete our comprehensive training program. Adherence to HIPAA and governmental compliance is required in this role.
We have a comprehensive training program in place to ensure your success on the team. Our training program includes virtual training, self-paced modules, and leadership engagement from day one. Training location can vary by individual experience, with options for onsite and work-from-home positions.
We offer flexible schedules, ranging from 30-40 hours per week, to create a balance between work and personal life. Our schedules are designed to accommodate varying call volumes, and we'll communicate any changes to your schedule in advance.
