Responsibilities: Provide exceptional phone and email customer support to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues. Answer troubleshooting calls, build platform knowledge, and provide technical assistance to customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with arenaflex. Create and manage configurations of the arenaflex SaaS system for customers, ensuring accurate and efficient setup. Load and validate customer system data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Create online versions of customer documents with data tagging, using Word and PDF templates. Train customers on the arenaflex platform, scheduling and setting up webinars as needed. Utilize the Knowledge Base to ensure processes are completed accurately and efficiently. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in customer support or operations preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Excellent data entry and typing skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Ability to gather accurate information, resolve problems, and think critically in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
