About the BassCab Core Division

The BassCab Core team at arenaflex represents the backbone of our customer service operations, handling essential banking inquiries and providing top-tier support to our valued customers across the nation. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy problem-solving, and genuinely want to make a positive impact on people's daily lives.

As a Customer Service Coordinator in our BassCab Core division, you'll be joining a supportive team that's committed to excellence, continuous improvement, and maintaining the highest standards of customer care. Work From Home Requirements

This is a 100% work-from-home position. To ensure you can perform at your best and provide excellent service to our customers, you must meet the following technical requirements:

Location Requirements

This role is designated as 100% work from home within the United States. Unfortunately, we cannot consider applicants who do not meet our Work from Home compatible internet access requirements or who reside in California, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. Work-from-home U.S. based associates are not permitted to work internationally, outside of the continental United States.
