Tecla is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to help shape seamless, visually compelling digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role involves creating and maintaining design systems, developing wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a user-centric aesthetic that aligns with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Develop detailed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize user interfaces and interactions
- Design user flows, journey maps, and user scenarios that support intuitive user experiences
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement and refine design concepts
- Ensure a clean, modern, and aesthetically pleasing design style aligned with brand guidelines
- Conduct user testing, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs to improve usability and user satisfaction
- Present design concepts, rationale, and recommendations clearly to team members and stakeholders
- Stay up to date with emerging UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively apply them to projects
Skills
- 3–5 years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application design
- Experience and knowledge of corporate/financial accounting areas
- Design Systems: Proven experience in creating and maintaining design systems
- Figma Expertise: 3+ years of expert-level proficiency in Figma, including nested components, auto layout, and design libraries
- Prototyping & Wireframing: Skilled in building wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts
- Clean Design Aesthetic: A keen eye for clean, minimalist, and user-centric design
- Creativity: Strong creative thinking skills and the ability to think outside the box to solve design challenges
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to design, ensuring pixel-perfect layouts and consistent design language
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with usability testing methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with Agile development environments
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS
