• Hands on experience on AI Recruitment Tools

• 1-3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
• 3–5 years of proven success in Contract, full-time positions
• Deep understanding of the IT recruiting lifecycle
• Sourcing strategies
• US work authorizations
• Managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Ensuring timely and quality hires for clients
• Hands on experience on AI Recruitment Tools
