They are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to own the user experience across their healthcare job platform, collaborating with various teams to create intuitive workflows that enhance engagement and facilitate career opportunities for healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for our healthcare job platform
- Conduct user research and translate insights into user-centered design solutions
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Improve the experience for:
- Healthcare job seekers
- Employers and recruiters
- Candidate applications
- Employer registration and job posting
- Search and filtering
- Candidate profiles
- Employer dashboards
- Design responsive experiences for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Maintain and evolve our design system and UI component library
- Collaborate with marketing to improve landing pages and conversion rates
- Use analytics and user feedback to optimize usability and engagement
- Stay current on UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and design best practices
Skills
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing modern web application or SaaS design
- Expert proficiency with Figma
- Experience creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems
- Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
- Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) best practices
- Experience collaborating with developers in Agile environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience designing job boards, recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), talent marketplaces, or other two-sided marketplaces
- Experience with healthcare, HR technology, staffing, or recruiting software
- Familiarity with design handoff tools and developer workflows
- Understanding of user behavior analytics tools such as Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or Google Analytics
- Experience designing conversion-focused landing pages and registration funnels
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks
